Salary Structure & Benefits Under Agnipath Scheme
Agniveers will serve for four years in the Indian Air Force. Selected candidates will receive life insurance cover of ₹48 Lakhs during service. After completion of four years, candidates will receive approximately ₹11.71 Lakhs as Seva Nidhi Package along with Skill Certificate. Up to 25% of Agniveers may be enrolled into the regular cadre of the Indian Air Force based on merit and performance.
