Selection Process
The selection will be completed in three stages:
Stage I – Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
Paper 1: General Studies – 100 Marks
Paper 2: Law – 150 Marks (BNS 2023, BSA 2023, BNSS 2023, CPC 1908, Constitutional Law)
Prelims is qualifying in nature and marks will not be counted in final merit.
Qualifying Marks:
UR – 40%
BC – 36.5%
EBC – 34%
SC/ST/Women/PwBD – 32%
Stage II – Main Examination (Descriptive)
Total 8 Papers
Hindi & English are qualifying (Minimum 30 marks each).
Main subjects include General Studies, BNS 2023, BSA 2023, BNSS 2023/CPC 1908, Constitutional Law and Other Laws (POCSO, Arms Act, SC/ST Act etc.).
Stage III – Interview
Total Marks – 100
2.5 times candidates of total vacancy will be called for interview based on Main Exam result.
